I confirm that the submitted photograph shows my tattoo and that I have permission to submit and share it.

I give Whitewall Art Company permission to share my submitted tattoo photograph, story, first name, and contest entry for finalist announcements, public voting, event promotion, and related social-media content.

I understand that submitting an entry does not guarantee that I will become a finalist or win. All tattoo projects and final designs are subject to artist approval and must be considered realistically tattooable.

I understand that the winner receives a $500 Whitewall Art Company tattoo credit and a private design consultation. The prize has no cash value.

Once we have received your entry, we will contact you using the information provided if your tattoo is selected as a finalist.

Finalists will be selected October 19–21. Public voting will take place October 22–30, and the winner will be revealed live at Whitewall Art Company on Halloween at 6:30 PM.
